Jon McGoh
Reach Foundation Chair of Trustees; Reach Academy Trust Trustee

Jon is the Chair of the Reach Foundation and also a trustee and founder of the Reach Academy MAT Board. Jon founded and runs Reach Cambridge Ltd, an organisation that specialises in running residential study courses. He is also a Director of Reach  Mercurial Pictures Ltd. Jon studied Classics at Cambridge University and his passion for education stems from being involved with University Access programmes.

Jennifer Baxter
Reach Foundation Trustee; Reach Academy Trust Trustee

Jen has been a trustee of the Foundation since 5th July 2018 and is also a trustee of the Reach Academy MAT Board. Jen has a broad range of experience in the education sector. She is currently Chief Operation Officer of the Chartered College of Teaching. She also worked at a west London secondary school for four years, and was Head of Modern Foreign Languages Jen performed the role of Senior Project Manager in the set up phase of Reach Academy Feltham. Jen brings knowledge of education strategy and policy, programme design and delivery, and international education systems to Reach Academy Feltham. She lives in north London with her husband.

Reach Foundation Trustee

Lisa is Managing Director of Castleoak Development, a business specialising in later living and care residential offerings.  An experienced business leader, Lisa has over 25 years’ experience as a real estate professional with a background spanning development, infrastructure, investment, construction and design consultancy. She is the Non-Executive Director and Chair at EdCity Development Limited, a not-for-profit joint venture between Ark and London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham in White City, London. Lisa is also a Chartered Engineer and a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.

Neil Jennings
Reach Foundation Trustee

Neil works at the Grantham Institute for Climate Change and the Environment at Imperial College London. His role as Partnership Development Manager involves developing strategic partnerships with organisations outside of the university such as policy-makers, businesses and non-governmental organisations. 

As well as being a Reach Foundation Trustee since its inception, Neil served as a committee member for St Mary’s Richmond Athletics Club for eight years.

Tamsyn Roberts
Reach Foundation Trustee; Feltham Steering Group Chair

Tamsyn is Head of Children’s Social Care Innovation and Learning at the Department of Education where she works with local authorities, charities and social enterprises as well as the academic community to develop, test and build the evidence for new approaches to supporting vulnerable children and their families. Previously she was Head of the Centre for Social Impact Bonds in the Cabinet Office, leading work across government to develop new ways of funding charities and social enterprises to deliver public services. Tamsyn has also led work across government to build the social investment market in the UK and worked for an international NGO managing programmes supporting refugees in post-conflict zones. Tamsyn joined the Reach Foundation as a trustee on 5th December 2018.

Reach Foundation Trustee; Reach Academy Trust Trustee

Jude has been a trustee of the Foundation since 5th July 2018. Jude is also Chair of the Reach Academy MAT Board. Jude is an equity partner at Deloitte LLP, working with large multi-national listed businesses in the real estate, business services and media sectors.  Jude is keen to share her experience of working in finance and governance to benefit Reach as it develops and grows.  Jude studied History and Classics at Cambridge University and lives in Chiswick with her husband Adam.

Matt Treblico
Reach Foundation Trustee; Growth Steering Group Chair

Matt is a Senior Manager at the global consulting firm Bain & Company – where he has worked across industries from Mining to Insurance, with a focus on performance improvement and organisational change. He currently runs the business planning and analysis team for the London office, managing supply and demand on a strategic and operational basis, and providing data and insight to drive improvements in commercial performance and talent management. Matt has been involved in Bain’s pro-bono work in education for several years – running pro-bono projects with LEYF (London Early Years Foundation) and the Sutton Trust, and leading an initiative to link Bain people with governor roles in schools.

Reach Foundation Trustee

Ann Mroz was editor of Tes (Times Educational Supplement) for more than seven years. Before that she ran the Tes Resources teaching resources sharing platform and was editor of Times Higher Education. She is on the education advisory group of the Sutton Trust, the advisory board of the Education Endowment Foundation and the advisory board of the Education Policy Institute. She is also a member of the Princeton University Press European advisory board.
